The ES5132 is a monolithic half-bridge with built-in power MOSFETs and gate drivers for high current, high frequency DC-DC buck converter applications. The integration of the power MOSFETs and gate drivers results in high efficiency due to optimal dead time and parasitic inductance reduction. The ES5132 achieves 70A of continuous output current with 90A peak current limit. The integrated power stage enables advanced high accuracy thermal and current monitoring. The ES5132 provides a current monitoring signal (I_OUT), which is a very accurate 5mV/A signal reporting the real-time power MOSFETs current.

The ES5132 also includes very accurate power stage temperature monitor (T_OUT). T_OUT is a voltages ourced PTAT signal that is 0.8V at 25°C with 8mV/°C slope.
